1. What are the hours City Hall is open?

City Hall is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. The Customer Support Desk and the Municipal Court office is closed for lunch from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Parking tickets and Housing Inspection payments may be dropped off after hours in the drop box located in the front door.

3. How do I make a public record (Sunshine) request?

Submit a request in writing to the Custodian of Records. For your convenience, a form can be found at online.

4. Is a permit needed for a garage sale?

There is no permit required for a garage/estate/moving/yard sale. Sales may be held for no more than two consecutive days, no more than four times per calendar year at on the same premises.

5. Is a permit needed for a block party?

Yes, a permit is required for a block party. The permit fee is $25 and then there is a $5/barricade fee with a four barricade minimum ($20) bringing the total fee to $45. 

To fill out the permit application, please fill out this form and bring it into City Hall during normal operating hours. The Customer Support desk will process the application and payment.
