The Webster Grove Finance Department is a charter established department responsible for a wide variety of financial policy, accounting, and administrative functions. The team conducts most financial functions of the City, as well as for budget preparation. Responsibilities include payroll, accounts payable, cash management and investment, debt administration, cash disbursements and fiscal internal controls. All activities conducted are in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and Federal and State regulations.
