The purpose of the ARB is to ensure and preserve the architectural uniqueness of the City of Webster Groves.
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) reviews plans associated with new construction or renovation work affecting the exterior look of the main building, sign permits, and fences in historic districts prior to approval by the Building Commissioner.
The ARB is made up of five licensed architects. (One board position is allotted for a landscape architect.) The ARB meets on the first and third Thursdays of every month at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
Applications to ARB must be submitted prior to the meeting date. All submissions are due by 4:00 pm on the closing date. Incomplete or late applications may be postponed to the next regular meeting. 2022 Filing Deadlines2023 Filing Deadlines
