2023 Parking Permits

2023 renewals will be sent out to existing permit holders at the beginning of November 2022. Any permits not renewed by the renewal deadline of December 7, 2022, will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to employees of businesses with a current Webster Groves business license. Applicants are not allowed to purchase more than 5 permits in a single business day.

Parking Permit Prices

Yellow Parking Permit = $400
Orange Parking Permit = $200
Blue Parking Permit = $200

Currently Available

The City of Webster Groves currently has 2 orange permits available for purchase. 

Residential Parking
Residential parking permits may be obtained at the police department after an occupancy permit has been applied for. Residential parking permits are only valid for the street that they have been assigned to. A new permit is required when ownership of a vehicle has changed.

Business District Parking

There are public parking lots located in the business districts that businesses and employees are encouraged to use. The following maps show the available parking options:
