Meeting Room and Gym Rental

The gymnasium and meeting rooms are available for rental to residents, non-residents, and for commercial rentals.

Meeting Rooms
The Recreation Complex has four meeting/activity rooms that can be reserved separately or combined into one large room, totaling 3200 square feet. Two rooms have counter space and a sink. Maximum seating capacity is 175. There is a large catering kitchen, with amenities including a refrigerator/freezer, stove, warming oven, ice maker, and dishwasher. 

The Webster Groves Recreation Complex gymnasium may be rented at full or half capacity for basketball, volleyball, or other soft equipment sports.

* After Hours Fee: $25 per hour for rentals beyond operational hours

*Set-Up Fee: $25 for 2 Rooms / $50 for 4 Rooms

*Clean-Up Fee: $25 for Rentals up to 50 People / $50 for Rentals with 51-100 People / $100 for Rentals with 101+ People

** Clean up fee may be waived for rentals that do not have food or beverages 

*Nonprofit groups based in Webster Groves may receive reduced fees.

Please inquire about additional set-up and clean-up fees, contract change fees, alcohol permits, Police Officer, or insurance requirements. Interested renters should call 314-963-5600 for availability, and must complete an "Intent to Rent" form to begin the process.
